Once again, the Zionists are beating on the drums of war after the fulfilment of the last military drill, which was supervised by Gabi Ashkenazi. In addition to that, foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman issued a statement threatening to topple the regime of Bashar al-Asad in any new war. It seems that the Zionists are preparing themselves for a full scale confrontation, with possibly far-reaching consequences, in their quest to restore their weakened military deterrence in the region due to their military failure in the past ten years.

The French Moroccan zionist Gad el Maleh has succumbed to the pressure of various groups and has announced his cancellation of a series of planned shows in Lebanon.

Although he does not hold the Israeli nationality he nonetheless stated that: “anyone who touches Israel touches himself”.

Furthermore, he participated in a promotion campaigne (photo shoot) of the sniper unit of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force), which is notorious for their assassinations of Palestinian politicians, militants and innocent bystanders.

As if all this was not enough yet, Gad el Maleh has actively participated in promoting the Aliyah, also known as the Jewish emigration to Palestine, thus ethnically cleansing the Arabs from their soil.

The Arab European League, in cooperation with the Arab National League, has actively lobbied to prevent this zionist from entering free Arab soil and disabling him from commencing the normalization with the Zionist entity. At the spearhead of this campaign was comrade Dyab Abou Jahjah.

Despite the modest victory we achieved, the campaign against Gad el Maleh did not enjoy unanimous Lebanese consensus. Sami Gemayel for instance strongly opposed the campaign, unsurprisingly for he is the son and political heir of Bashir Gemayel, the notorious collaborating warlord during the second Israeli invasion of Lebanon. Sami Gemayel has openly suggested that Gad el Maleh should change his mind and pursue his past objectives and go on with his shows in Lebanon.

The festival in which Gad el Maleh was supposed to perform will take place on the 12th of July. Until that day the Arab European League and Lebanese counterparts will be monitoring this file.
